My Healing Planet

Today is the day to celebrate love and heart…I sit here with my daughter and my dog Hampton next to me and I am feeling deep gratitude for the love I feel in my heart. I have and continue to be connected to something  wonderful that keeps me here with you and them….it is the source of love everything that matters- Heart.

This week I saw my scans and my tumors on my doctors computer- I have to say it was both a realization and a letting go to see my tumors in black and white. I felt relief as they were  tiny and not invasive to my lungs but rather on the edges of them. You may think I am crazy to be grateful and I suspect that I am a bit off center and maybe that is the reason that I refuse to feed my tumors on stress and anger and fear. I learned from you that love heals all and anger and stress kills and perpetuates illness.

Today I embrace everything that brings the beating of life and love into my life- your heart- and the planet that we all share. I am one and I am everyone.

I am forever beating in tune with you and the rhythm of everything that generates the soft and fast beating  of my heart.
